Chef Lineup for The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas’ ‘Tour de Vin: The New Vintage’ Announced
Culinary Rock Stars from Gardner, Bribery, Juliet, Kin & Comfort and Vox Table to Showcase at One-of-A-Kind Sip and Stroll Event September 17
On September 17, The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas will present ‘Tour de Vin: The New Vintage’, an updated take on one of the Foundation’s most popular fundraisers. The 13th annual event will mark the charitable nonprofit's reimagined iteration as The New Vintage to attract an even wider array of wine and food enthusiasts. Tour de Vin: The New Vintage will take place at Fair Market (1100 E 5th St.) with chef Andrew Wiseheart (Contigo / Gardner) serving as Honorary Chair.
Today, the WFFT announces the chef lineup; a carefully curated selection of Austin’s emerging culinary talent, who will prepare exclusive bites while representing our city’s blossoming food scene. In addition to Wiseheart and Gardner, featured talent for Tour de Vin: The New Vintage will include chefs Jodi Elliott (Bribery), Jacob Weaver (Juliet), Ek Timrerk (Kin & Comfort) and Joe Anguiano (Vox Table). The showcasing chefs will mix and mingle with attendees while their creative food is passed and paired with selections of the event's featured wines.
As always, Tour de Vin will feature dozens of special, spotlighted wines that will allow guests to sample and explore various styles, varieties and regions. Follow The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas on social media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) for breaking news.
