The SNOUT® is part of an affordable stormwater quality improvement system. This hooded outlet cover converts any sumped stormwater structure into an oil/debris/water separator.

A Snout in a Detention Pond Application
The hood is installed over the outlet pipe of a catch basin or other stormwater quality structure that contains a deep sump. The SNOUT® can greatly reduce floatable trash and debris, free oils, & other solids from stormwater discharge.

A Snout At Work In a Curb Collection Structure
The SNOUT® forms a baffle in the structure which collects floatable debris and free oils on the surface of the captured stormwater, while permitting heavier solids to sink to the bottom of the sump.
As you can see, the resultant discharge contains considerably less trash and other gross pollutants and a reduction of free-oils and finer solids.
Snouts are available from Drainage Solutions Inc. for both flat (rectangular) and round structures in 12” up to 96” sizes.

Helping Feed Local Families in Need

Drainage Solutions, Inc. invites you to join us in providing support for The Caring Center, which operates a food pantry here in Lebanon, Indiana. According to a report by The Lebanon Reporter, the Center goes through cycles of feast or famine in terms of support and right now, it's famine.
Executive Director Theresa Hanners said donations drop dramatically each spring and it gets even worse during the summer. “We kind of get forgotten, put on the back burner,” she said.
That's why she’s asking for help to feed the 400 Boone County families they serve every month. Individuals receiving assistance range from the very young to the elderly.
The top 10 food items always needed by the pantry are: apple sauce, apple juice, canned fruit, cereal, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken, vegetable oil, sugar and spaghetti sauce.
