For the past 15 years, Chris Collins has led Solar One as Executive Director, and in that time, he has taken a tiny organization with a staff of two, and turned it into a multi-armed environmental powerhouse helping to create positive environmental change across NYC. Today, we have more than 35 employees and three locations acros two boroughs, and have more exciting projects in the pipeline than ever before.

In this interview with Watts Up NY, Chris expllains where we started when he joined Solar One, and how we got as far as we have. If you've ever been curious about the details of how we grew from a tiny, unknown environmental education organization into the robust and well-known leader in our areas of expertise that we are today.

And of course, check this newsletter often for the latest news on what we're up to!
