May (we hope) sees the start of better weather as this rain and cold has seemingly continued forever. The damp conditions can be problematic...not only as we are wanting to get out and enjoy the Spring but also for exacerbating issues we might have in our bodies with joint pain.
Whilst waiting for those brighter days, our focus this month will be suggestions to address those painful conditions.
