I wish you all a peaceful and fun Thanksgiving and long week end. Spend time with friends and family!
It has been a year of changes for us on a personal level, with an impending divorce.
Hopefully everyone will find time to reflect and meet and get away from screens this season - and to art!
Professionally, I have been making new political works (stand by!) that are 3-D, and am exploring 3-D projection technology for them. The work was recently exhibited at Saatchi Gallery London, Wilson Museum and The Midwest Center for Photography and LACDA in Los Angeles.
And I recently had the honor and privilege of chairing my first panel on virtual reality, panoramas and stereo photography with Simonetta Moro (book forthcoming). The panel on Vision Machines at SECAC was especially memorable, with fellow presenters Perry Hoberman, Kasie Alt, Susanna Cole and Christopher Schneberger.
New works will be posted soon, and new polaroids can be found in the links below.
ONWARDS TO THE HOLS!
PS: If you know a good artist who uses or used stereo 3D in their work - please send them my way, as I am looking for more artists for the book.
