Coaching tip of the month: Practice - repeat, practice - repeat, practice – repeat. The more you do something the better you become. When you're learning new skills such as bowling a leg-break, playing the straight drive, fielding in the deep, you'll only get better by doing it. If it goes wrong from time to time stay with the programme - mistakes are part and parcel of the learning curve. (Richard Parsons)
