It is our distinct pleasure to introduce you to our new Editor-in-Chief, Sue Mohr.  Sue has volunteered for the past couple of years providing editing, insight and creative direction for all of our correspondence. Sue has a unique heart for missionaries.  She ran a youth mission organization called Pilgrims of Hope, spreading the Gospel through theatrical drama around the world.

Sue states, I understand, firsthand, the need for rest and renewal.  Missionaries tend to get stuck in the ‘go’ position.  EdenRidge provides missionaries a place to ‘hang their hat’ for a while outside of their mission field and just relax.  I get it! This is so important and I’m honoured to support EdenRidge.

Sue resides in Spring Hill, TN and is a certified Life and Business Coach for Christian Creatives with The Inner VizionShe also serves as Executive Director for the Christian youth, TV show, MXTV.

If you have any ideas that you would like to offer her for our news, or just want to send a quick welcome, feel free to contact her at

Newsletter Name Change

In light of all the changes at EdenRidge, we came to the realization that our Newsletter was up for a bit of polishing.  Our Highlights will now be called The View from EdenRidge

We will continue to provide you with exciting updates, future vision, and ways to support EdenRidge, along with opportunities to get involved.

Also, not only is the breathtaking view from EdenRidge a visual of God’s beauty in nature, but now we will also give you a view from the missionaries who find rest at EdenRidge.  Our newsletter will include a new section entitled The Extraordinary Missionary. We hope you will enjoy this latest addition as we feature and celebrate the missionary guests of EdenRidge.

“My wife and I spent two weeks at Eden Ridge in May and want to thank you so much for our time together there.  During our time, God refreshed us spiritually and emotionally, along with renewing our vision for evangelism and discipleship among college students.

It was also really good for our relationship with each other.  In short, we feel like we fell in love with the Lord and with each other all over again!

Thank you for all your work on behalf of folks like us.  You now have a part in every person we touch in the Name of Jesus.  May God bless you richly as you continue to pursue the vision God has given you.

Lord willing, we'll be back in May, 2019, and will look forward to seeing you then!”  Chip and Vicki Scivicque

Chip and Vicki are the ‘hearts’ behind the Gospel in action. If you would, please take a moment today and lift up their ministry in prayer.

We here at EdenRidge applaud their work with Cru and Auburn University Students.
