Bear Sunday on February 20th
“Bear Sunday” is when everyone is invited to bring a stuffed teddy bear to church, and the bears are then placed all over the sanctuary…often as many as 200. Afterwards, all the bears are taken to several community places such as police and fire departments and the Refuge House. So start looking for teddy bears when you go to the store and bring one or two to church on “Bear Sunday,” February 20th! (Only new ones, please.) If you have any questions, email Rev. Wayne Curry at waynecurry@tumct.org.

Music Ministry Sunday
On February 20, all of the current music ensembles will share their gifts as a part of worship at 11am. This is a great time to consider making a designated gift to the Friends of Music fund. This allows us to offer outside musicians in worship and our overall concerts. We have not been able to fundraise for two years and have a real need.

Volunteering anywhere from once a month to every week will help immensely. Interested volunteers should make a VolunteerHub account as an individual at https://fightinghunger.volunteerhub.com/, then email Libby at libby@fightinghunger.org letting her know they'd like to volunteer for HOPE shifts so she can activate their Volunteerhub account. You should then be able to view the volunteer calendar and sign up for the volunteer shift on Tuesdays.
