Business: Student advances in national Walmart competition
Growing up in Chesapeake, Va., Olugbenga “Tumi” Oredein wanted to draw all the time. He also collected silicone wristbands that shot to popularity at the height of Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong campaign, a support group for people with cancer. He put those two interests together in Skribs, customizable wristbands that he created. Read more.
VCU Libraries: New building on fast track
Recently, the VCU Libraries community tangibly heard and felt our near future: The rat-a-tat-tat of jackhammers at dawn.
