Education: VCU receives grant to assist at-risk elementary students
Virginia Commonwealth University will lead a three-year research grant of $1.5 million from the Institute of Education Sciences to develop a professional development model to help sixth- through eighth-grade teachers support all students, including those who have difficulties and are at-risk for poor academic outcomes.
