Announcing...
Village of McCullom Lake's

The first meeting will be held at the Village Hall
Monday, March 27th
6:30 PM

We will be discussing plant sharing, beautifying the Village, helping residents with ideas for starting or sprucing up yards and gardens.
No experience is necessary - just an interest in gardening!
Sign up at the Village Hall, or just join us on the 27th and bring your ideas!

 LANDLORDS

AND RENTERS
Please remember to be sure smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are in the correct locations and in working order before scheduling your next inspection.  This is the main reason many properties do not pass inspection. Being aware of this important feature can save the $25 cost of re-inspection.  Also, please remember to sign the bottom of the yearly Landlord Reporting form stating that these detectors are in working order.
This is not only a Village Ordinance, but a McHenry County Ordinance as well as Illinois State law.  To learn more, visit:

Now forming...
McCullom Lake Tree Project and Registry
The goal of this project is to maintain the health of mature trees in the Village through education and to ensure the existence of mature trees for future generations by planting trees today.
Residents interested in planting a tree on their property can sign up at the Village office. For more information contact Dana Glave, 815-363-5797 and leave your name and number.
Funding is being sought for help with the costs of this project.
