So what do we hold about you?
If you have made an enquiry about a holiday or requested a brochure: Your details will likely be on our main database as well as our newsletter subscribers list.
If you have entered one of our competitions: you will only be on our newsletter list.
What actions can I take if I'm no longer interested in walking holidays?
Our newsletters, which are only sent out once a month at the most, can be unsubscribed from at anytime. See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this newsletter.
If you believe you may be on our main database as you have made enquiries in the past or previously went on a holiday with us and wish to be removed, then please e-mail us with your details and we will remove you and confirm when this has been done.
What about Brochures?
We send out brochures on request and on a yearly basis. We send out brochures to people on our main database (recent enquiries and customers) who we believe may be interested in receiving a copy. If, however, you no longer wish to receive brochures from us or as a recent customer prefer to browse our online version or website, please drop us an e-mail and we will ensure that we do not send you a copy at the end of this year or in the future.
Please note that for 2019 we have changed the amount required for a deposit. This has been increased to £150 or 150 Euros per person, in line with the increase of costs involved. Also we have made final payments due 8 weeks before start of holiday instead of 6. Another minor change, but one which helps with the logistics of holiday planning.
