New COVID-19 videos
Health Navigator NZ is delighted to share with you our recently created videos for people with COVID-19 isolating at home.
These apps support older people to maintain their independence, enabling them to find exercises and activities that improve or maintain their balance and strength.
Bite Back is a self-guided program for 13–16 year olds, to help promote mental welling and prevent or manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Whitu 7 Ways in 7 Days is a New Zealand-based app for young people (aged 16-25) who feel over-whelmed or stressed in their current situation. The app provides users with strategies to reduce their anxiety and improve their well-being, including how to deal with COVID-19.
ihi
Ihi is an educational app to improve cultural confidence about Te Ao Māori concepts. The app aims to give people, including health practitioners, confidence in using te reo, supporting them to be more inclusive and connect with, respect and appreciate Te Ao Māori in their daily mahi (work).
