Tēnā koe,

In this month’s Health Sector News, we bring you new practical and emotional support resources to help support people, particularly those living in Tāmaki Mākaurau, through the long tail of COVID.

There's also information about the Heart Foundation position statement on sodium and heart health, and a new dashboard from the National Hauora Coalition that aims to give pēpi Māori the best start in life.

Health Navigator Charitable Trust, in partnership with Te Whatu Ora, has created 15 new practical and emotional support pages, including tips, services and videos to help people get through. Read more.
