ClubSport Fremont Director:
Congratulations to all of you for finding the time to take care of you this summer at ClubSport Fremont. It was such an honor and pleasure to host the program at our club. The success rate was pretty good with 7 participants completing their "InBody" so we could calculate results.
Here are some overall statistics:

Pounds lost 28
Percentage of body fat lost 30.4%
Body Fat Mass lost 38.3%
The person who had the best results lost 9.7 pounds, reduced her body fat by 6.59%, and reduced her Body Fat mass by 10.2%...............................................do you know who you are?
