We hope everyone has enjoyed the variety of seafood you received during the fall CSF! 

This week we are bringing soft shell crabs (cleaned and frozen)! The fishing has slowed quite a bit with the cooler weather. Most inshore fisheries are now closed. Most shellfish waters are also closed in our area due to storm water and water quality issues. The crabs are high quality, frozen, NC soft shell crabs. For those of you that ordered live, hard crabs, you will receive both soft shells and hard crabs.

4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Fried Soft Shell Crabs
Rinse and pat dry the crabs. Place in bowl and cover with milk. Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Dredge the crabs in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown!

Soft shell crab sandwiches are a popular treat in North Carolina's coastal communities. Place the fried crab on a fresh bun, add tomato slice and tartar sauce.
