The Research Desk with Gary Price is back with its second installment, featuring a roundup of new tools. Among them: the WHO's MiNDbank database, with more than 4,000 documents from 170+ countries on health, human rights, and development; the European Public Sector Information Platform's Twitter stream, packed with the latest open data resources in the EU and worldwide; and NATO's online digital archive of "declassified and publicly disclosed" documents (with 23,000 new items added).
