Here we are in a new year! Again! A wonderful time to take stock of our mental load and make space for the possibilities ahead. Whatever situation you’re experiencing now, know you’re not alone, EPIC is here to walk along side you.

EPIC is built on the knowledge that parents who are connected, informed and confident are in the best position to support their young person in times of crisis. This year, EPIC will concentrate on growing our peer support capacity, increase opportunities to provide youth mental health training to parents and advocate for and with parents in the community.

Here’s to a year of kindness, knowledge, connection, confidence and courage.

Free! Youth Mental Health First Aid

Sunday 23 Feb, Ingleside

Blended Face-to-Face:  self-paced eLearning (5-7 hours), followed by a one day (7 hours) face-to-face session, Sunday 23 February, 8.45am - 4.30pm, Ingleside.

Join the EPIC Online Meet Ups Term 1

Starting Tue 11 Feb, 7.30pm and running fortnightly on a Tuesday during Term 1.

EPIC Online Meet Ups are a regular place for parents and carers of young people to meet and gain strategies, knowledge and connection. More here.
