Met PGA One Day Event with Partner's Program Activity
Join us on May 24th for a One Day Stroke Play event at Brae Burn! This event will be similar to our 2020 Back2Golf event. Sponsors will be set up in the parking lot as well as a food truck for lunch. This is a 18 hole stroke play event and all Met PGA members and associates are eligible to register. Player of the year points will be distributed to each respective division. Please come and show your support for our Partners and Sponsors on the 24th!

Sheldon Geller (1932-2021)
It is with regret and sympathy that we share the news of the passing of Key Food President Sheldon Geller. Geller was a long-time member of Pine Hollow and the driving force behind Key Food's sponsorship of the Met PGA Senior Championship, including a preceding Pro-Am, for many years. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lenore; his children, Randi Garibaldi and Susan Hyman (Douglas); his grandchildren, Rachael Garibaldi, Matthew Hyman and Jaime Hyman; and his sister Barbara Kessler.

Bob Joyce Tops Super Senior Division at South Florida Senior Open!
Congratulations to Life Member Bob Joyce who defeated Roger Kennedy by 1 stroke in the Super Senior Division of the South Florida Senior Open to claim victory! His brother, Life Member Tom Joyce, would finish third with a pair of 77's.

William A. Mitchell Financial Assistance Program Application
The William A. Mitchell Metropolitan PGA Financial Assistance Program was formed in honor of this wonderful 30-year member of the PGA. The financial assistance is made available to support golf professionals early in their careers with the expenses of PGA schooling. William A. Mitchell was a staunch advocate of the PGA, for he was PGA educated, PGA trained and he achieved the promise of the PGA.

In anticipation of the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship, Westchester Country Club is excited to announce The Birchwood Pro-Am supporting the 2021 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship to be held on Tuesday, June 8th.
