New data has been released reviewing the efficacy of several of the most widely marketed fungicide products for the control of foliar wheat disease. Developed by The North Central Regional Committee on Management of Small Grain Diseases (NCERA-184), efficacy ratings have been determined through vigorously testing multiple products over several years and locations. These ratings are based on direct comparisons of various products applied at the optimal time and overall disease in the field at the time of application.

Corn Invertebrate Loss Estimates from the United States and Ontario, Canada - Updated for 2021
An updated report detailing yield loss estimates from insect, mite, and slug infestation of corn has been published by extension workers representing 25 corn-producing U.S. states and Ontario, Canada. This report accounts for nearly 88% of all bushels produced in these regions and shows significant yield loss due to below-average precipitation, and dry conditions that created an environment for pests to cause more injury to crops. Of the pests listed, Corn rootworm was estimated to cause the greatest yield loss overall, followed by western bean cutwork, and two-spotted spider mites. View the full report, including a breakdown by region, by reading Corn Invertebrate Loss Estimates from the United States and Ontario, Canada- 2021
