Our priority right now is creating safe conditions for our homebuyers, team members and our communities, while remaining accessible to our customers during these unprecedented times.
We're taking the following safety procedures to support the safe operation of our showhome activities.
Before a customer visits a showhome, our sales representative is required to fill out a 'Health Check Questionnaire' with the customer. Please note the questionnaire will be completed on the day of the visit, as symptoms of COVID-19 can evolve rapidly.
Our Sales Representatives are to adhere to the following safety and prevention measures:
Any sales team member who is showing any signs of sickness will remain at home and away from our office, showhomes & project sites.
Upon Entering the showhome, all guests are required to use the hand sanitizer provided and will be asked the following questions.
Do you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, nasal congestion/runny nose, or body aches?
Have you, or anyone that you have been in close contact with (within 6 feet for at least 5 minutes), been diagnosed with COVID-19?
If the answer is Yes to ANY question, the customer may not enter the showhome and should schedule a virtual tour with the sales team member. https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Journey/COVID-19/Pages/COVID-SelfAssessment.aspx.

Wash hands and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently.
Increased cleaning and disinfecting;

Social Distancing Measures
1. Limit of 5 people in a showhome at any time. This includes the sales representative.
2. Maintain social distancing between individuals of at least 2 meters (6 feet) whenever possible.
Rest assured, we're taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our home buyers and staff, and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Alberta and will update our policies accordingly.
