We are getting closer to the completion of the redevelopment project. Here’s a look at the next few months.
CLOSURE OF CORRIDOR
The corridor between Essentials/Tennis courts staircase and the current front desk will be closed for two weeks from Feb 20 – Mar 6. This will enable work on the lobby bathrooms to be carried out.
Members will be able to access Essentials and the Tennis courts via the L1 parking lot, and the lobby will be accessible via The Claymore Entrance, with the newly opened ramp. To move between Essentials/Tennis courts and the lobby, Members can take the stairs by Essentials to B1, walk along the corridor to take the staircase at the end to go up to the lobby, or to the elevator bank to take the elevator by the travel desk up to the Lobby level.
We greatly appreciate your patience during the closure of the corridor and have put together the following specials as our way of saying thanks:
Additionally, Essentials will be setting up an additional laundry satellite drop off at the Lobby for more convenience while continuing to accept laundry drop off directly at the outlet.
- 10% off all purchases from Essentials
- 10% off selected wines at Home (please ask staff for the discounted list)
NOISY WORK - REMOVAL OF PLANTERS OUTSIDE THE CENTRAL
The demolition and removal of planters outside of Central has commenced and will take place for two weeks, mostly at night. During this two week period, the cleanliness and safety of this area will be maintained daily before Grillhouse opens for business. Tiling works will follow and completion is targeted for end of February.
Work on the roof will commence Friday, February 15 and will continue for 2.5-3 months, and will likely disturb use in Thinkspace. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
