Short Stack Nesting
So I was thinking about using a metal snare on a Compact Nesting Kit. It lets me change out with deeper snares which don't have to nest into the bass, so how's about this: carry the snare separately, short mounted toms which stack upon each other & nest into the floor tom, a slightly deeper floor, a slightly shallower bass, and the toms/bass still fit in one case! Now go rock the house! 5x10, 6x12, 12x16, 14x22; plied maple; satin wax.

CS-205 Demo Compact
Residing on our store floor, this demo compact nesting kit showcases CS-205 sizing with an added crash cymbal arm. For this shoot, we popped a splash on that arm and loaded up the kit with a ton of cymbals. Just because your nesting kit will take up less room in the car, doesn't mean it has to take up less room on the stage! 8x10, 9x13, 10x16, 16x20, 4½x14; plied maple; satin wax.

Pancake Compact Nesting
MAN! Making stuff for folks just the way they want is a blast! This project features depth-to-diameter ratios of 1:2 all around (that is, each drum's depth is half of its diameter). The 10 fits in the 13 while the 13 lives in the 18 for travel. Oh, and they sound much bigger than they look! 5x10, 6½x13, 9x18; plied maple; satin wax.
