Welcome to our April Bulletin. We have become used to hearing the words lock-down and Covid-19. We are receiving information from all angles about our health and wellbeing and how to stay safe.  Our Patron Reverend Rose Wilkin-Hudson sent us a message of hope so lets keep this in for forefront of our minds. HEALTH FORUM
Sickle Cell is a genetic blood disorder that attacks the red blood cells.  It affects people of African and Caribbean origin.  Hear more about this condition by attending our upcoming Health Forum in November 2020.

With the majority of students unable to attend a place of study. FOTC Supplementary School are now online.

POLITICS
FOTC held their first online Conference on Tuesday 28th April to discuss the impact of Covid-19 on the BAME community.  The outcomes will be feed into both government enquires.
Baroness Lawrence, Labours' new race relations adviser, to launch review into effects of Covid-19 on black, Asian and minority ethnic communities.

New Date to be arranged:
The Parks Trust have cancelled events and activities at Willen Lake up to end of May 2020.  Tickets purchased were non refundable, however, we will let you know as soon as we have a new date for this event. 
African Caribbean Associations MK CARNIVAL.  Postponed to July 2021.
FOTC Cricket Family Fun Day and Jerk Festival also postponed to July 2021.
