We are pleased to announce the release (Nov 2015) of L’Chiyam: The Art of Arthur Szyk, featuring a one hour interview with Irvin Ungar by Producer, Rabbi Mark S. Golub.
In this Jewish Broadcasting Service (NY) special, Ungar traces the profound historical relevance of activist artist Arthur Szyk. Based on the premise that art has the power to engage in dialogue across generations and time, Ungar asserts that Szyk’s work is contemporarily relevant as a vehicle for creating bridges of consciousness between members of the Jewish, Christian and secular communities.
